Outdoor amenities are shared between studio guests, host family and loft tenants:

Accessibility
- Our doors are 31” wide, and the front double doors can open fully for 60” of clearance.
- There is a 2” lip on our front door threshold.
- There are no stairs or steps to enter or move between areas of the studio.
- The steam shower has a tall step up to the shower base so we supply a step-stool for those who need.
- The beach is located at the bottom of a slight hill. We have built concrete steps into the hill for ease of access.

A few steps from the studio will take you to a private beach, oh my oh my. Another fav of mine is the birds chirping in the morning when you step out towards the beach. Nothing more relaxing than that.
